He takes it, holds it tight and doesn't give it back. EVEN AFTER I show HIM MY Lieferando order confirmation in the app, he holds the menu in his hand and doesn't want to give it out. I ask him to call his boss, which he refuses at first, there is another discussion, then he gives in and calls, the boss confirms that we have ordered this menu and that a kebab is missing which he finally takes out of the car, food It was cold now, instead of beef we had turkey skewers on the plate, first and last time ordered. a shame

There was some pizza in my flour. We paid € 80 for 8 pizzas and waited at least 90 minutes for the food.

Ordered on Friday with 4 people. A meal was not at all as ordered. An extra request (please no white sauce) due to intolerance would be ignored. After a call and complaint, we were informed that we would not get the food back or get the money back. Collecting money for an underperformance really borders on fraud.
